The game
New to padel?
Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world, and the easiest racquet sport to pick up.
It is played in pairs on an enclosed court about a third the size of a tennis court, with a
solid racquet and an underarm serve. The glass walls stay in play, so rallies run longer and
points swing back and forth. Most people are playing properly inside their first hour.
01
Four players, one court
Padel is doubles. Grab three friends, or come to a social session and we will find you a game.
02
Serve underarm, play the walls
The serve is underarm and below the waist. Balls off the glass are still live, which is what makes the rallies.
03
Racquets are here if you need them
Never held one? Racquets and balls are available at the club, so all you need is court shoes.
