The Terms and Conditions of Membership at Padel Logan. They apply to every member, whatever category you hold.
These Terms and Conditions govern membership of Padel Logan. By applying for, purchasing, renewing or continuing to use a membership you agree to comply with them, together with any applicable Code of Conduct, booking conditions and facility rules.
They apply to all Padel Logan members regardless of membership category.

Padel Logan is a privately owned and operated facility. All courts, facilities, equipment, licences, operations and staff are controlled by Padel Logan through its management.
Acceptance of an application for membership does not confer upon a member any ownership interest, rights or obligations in respect of the property, assets, liabilities or management of Padel Logan.
Memberships are valid for the period applicable to the membership category selected and commence from the date the membership application is accepted and the applicable membership fee has been paid.
Where a membership is offered on an ongoing or recurring basis, the applicable membership fees will continue to be payable in accordance with the payment terms applying to that membership until the membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
Acceptance of a membership does not guarantee the availability or continuation of the same membership category, benefits, pricing or conditions for any future membership period.
Membership packages are designed to provide members with access to the benefits applicable to their selected membership category.
All membership entitlements are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, sold, shared or gifted to another person unless expressly permitted by Padel Logan.
Members found to be misusing or sharing their membership or membership entitlements may have their membership privileges suspended or cancelled.
Membership benefits, discounts, booking privileges and other entitlements are subject to the conditions applicable to the relevant membership category.
All court bookings are subject to availability and must be made through Padel Logan's approved booking system.
Members must comply with the booking conditions applicable to their membership category, including any restrictions relating to advance bookings, booking duration, peak and off-peak periods, guest fees and the number of active bookings permitted.
Members must not reserve courts on behalf of other persons for the purpose of avoiding applicable court hire, guest or membership fees.
Padel Logan reserves the right to amend, relocate or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary due to maintenance, competitions, events, weather, safety concerns, operational requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Members are responsible for cancelling court bookings they are unable to attend within the cancellation period specified by Padel Logan.
Late cancellations and failure to attend a booking may result in the applicable court hire or booking fee being charged and may result in temporary restrictions being placed on the member's future booking privileges.
Repeated failure to attend reserved court times may result in suspension of booking privileges or membership.
Where a membership permits members to bring guests, all guests must comply with Padel Logan's Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct and facility rules.
The member making the booking is responsible for ensuring their guests are correctly included in the booking and that any applicable guest or court fees are paid.
Guests do not receive membership benefits unless they hold their own current Padel Logan membership.
All members and guests must comply with the rules and reasonable directions of Padel Logan management and staff.
Players must use the courts and facilities in an appropriate and safe manner and must wear suitable footwear and clothing for padel.
Members and guests must not intentionally or recklessly damage courts, nets, glass, fencing, equipment, furniture or any other Padel Logan property.
Any deliberate, reckless or negligent damage may result in the person responsible being required to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
Padel Logan may establish and amend membership fees, court hire fees, guest fees, operating procedures, booking conditions and rules for the management and operation of its facilities.
Padel Logan may also adjust court availability, booking times and hours of operation or temporarily close some or all facilities due to competitions, tournaments, functions, maintenance, weather conditions, safety concerns or other operational requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, Padel Logan will provide members with advance notice of significant planned closures or changes.
Members and guests are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully at all times while using Padel Logan's facilities.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating, dangerous or disruptive behaviour towards staff, members, guests, spectators or other persons will not be tolerated.
Members must not deliberately or recklessly place another person at risk of injury or interfere with another person's reasonable enjoyment of the facility.
Members are responsible for the behaviour of any guests included in bookings made under their membership.
Padel Logan may suspend or cancel a membership, restrict booking privileges or refuse a person permission to use its facilities where that person:
Any suspension or termination will be determined by Padel Logan management having regard to the nature and seriousness of the circumstances.
Membership fees are not refundable following suspension or termination for breach or misconduct, except where otherwise required by law.
Padel and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury.
Members and guests participate in padel and use Padel Logan's courts, equipment and facilities at their own risk and are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating safely.
Members and guests must comply with all safety instructions and reasonable directions provided by Padel Logan staff.
Padel Logan is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Members and guests are responsible for their own personal property while at Padel Logan.
Padel Logan recommends that valuables are not left unattended and accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any property found at the facility may be retained as lost property for a reasonable period before being disposed of or donated.
Children and junior players must comply with any age restrictions, supervision requirements and participation conditions established by Padel Logan.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children under their supervision behave appropriately and comply with facility rules.
Where required by Padel Logan, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before a person under 18 years of age participates in certain programs, competitions, coaching or membership arrangements.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact information, including their mobile number and email address, remains current.
Padel Logan may collect, use and disclose personal information for purposes reasonably connected with membership administration, bookings, facility operations, competitions, events, communications and the provision of Padel Logan services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Padel Logan Privacy Policy, available at padellogan.com.au/privacy.
Padel Logan may communicate with members by email, SMS, telephone, through its booking platform or by other electronic means regarding memberships, bookings, facility operations, competitions, events and other relevant information.
Members are responsible for maintaining current contact details with Padel Logan.
These Terms & Conditions and any associated Code of Conduct or facility rules are intended to support the safe, fair and efficient operation of Padel Logan for the benefit of members and guests.
Padel Logan may amend these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits, booking conditions or facility rules from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an existing member's membership, Padel Logan will provide reasonable notice where practicable and subject to applicable law.
By applying for, purchasing, renewing or continuing to use a Padel Logan membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable Code of Conduct, booking conditions and facility rules.
