The Terms and Conditions of Court Hire and the Code of Conduct, covering all casual and non-member bookings.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all casual and non-member court bookings at Padel Logan. By making or participating in a court booking, players agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct and all applicable facility rules.

All court bookings are subject to availability and must be made through Padel Logan's approved booking system.
The person who creates the booking ("Lead Booker") is responsible for the booking and for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.
Court bookings are for the date, time, court and duration specified in the booking. Players must not enter or continue using a court outside their allocated booking time unless authorised by Padel Logan.
Padel Logan reserves the right to amend, relocate or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary due to maintenance, competitions, events, weather, safety concerns, operational requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
All applicable court hire and player fees must be paid in accordance with the requirements of Padel Logan's approved booking system.
Where the booking system allows the cost of a court booking to be split between players, the Lead Booker remains responsible for the booking and for ensuring that the full amount owing for the booking is paid.
The Lead Booker may invite other players to pay their allocated share of the booking through the approved booking system. Each invited player is responsible for paying their allocated amount within the time permitted by the booking system.
Split payment arrangements do not transfer responsibility for payment away from the Lead Booker. If one or more invited players fail to pay their allocated share, the Lead Booker remains responsible for any outstanding balance associated with the booking.
Padel Logan may charge or require the Lead Booker to pay any outstanding amount where another player has failed to complete their share of the payment.
The Lead Booker is responsible for ensuring that the correct number of players is included in the booking and that all applicable fees are paid.
Players must not deliberately provide incorrect booking information, misrepresent the number or status of players participating, or otherwise attempt to avoid applicable court hire or player fees.
The Lead Booker is responsible for cancelling or modifying a booking they are unable to attend within the cancellation period specified by Padel Logan.
Bookings cancelled outside the applicable cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund or credit, except where otherwise required by law.
Failure to attend a booking without cancellation may result in the full booking fee being retained or charged.
Where a split payment arrangement has been used, the Lead Booker remains responsible for any outstanding amount associated with a late cancellation or no-show.
Repeated late cancellations, no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in Padel Logan restricting or refusing future bookings.
The person who creates the booking through Padel Logan's approved booking system is considered the Lead Booker.
The Lead Booker is responsible for:
Where another player has agreed to pay a share of the booking but fails to make that payment, this does not relieve the Lead Booker of responsibility for the outstanding amount.
Any unpaid amount associated with a booking may result in the Lead Booker being required to pay the outstanding balance and may result in restrictions being placed on future bookings until the amount has been paid.
A booking must not be transferred, resold or used for commercial purposes without the prior approval of Padel Logan.
Players should arrive with sufficient time to be ready to commence play at the scheduled booking time.
Players may only use the court allocated to their booking and must vacate the court promptly at the conclusion of their booked period.
Players must not enter a court while another booking is in progress unless invited or authorised to do so.
Late arrival does not entitle players to an extension of their booking time.
Players must wear appropriate sporting clothing and suitable footwear while using Padel Logan's courts.
Footwear must be suitable for the court surface and must not damage or mark the playing surface.
Padel Logan reserves the right to refuse court access where footwear, clothing or equipment is considered unsafe or likely to damage the facility.
Players are responsible for using all Padel Logan equipment appropriately and for its intended purpose.
Any hired or borrowed racquets, balls or other equipment remain the property of Padel Logan and must be returned at the conclusion of the applicable booking or hire period.
Players may be required to pay the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing equipment that is deliberately, recklessly or negligently damaged, lost or not returned.
Players must use the courts and all other Padel Logan facilities appropriately, responsibly and safely.
Players must not intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the courts, playing surface, glass, fencing, nets, lighting, furniture, equipment or any other Padel Logan property.
Players must not hang from, climb on, kick, strike or otherwise misuse court structures, nets, fencing or glass.
Any person responsible for deliberate, reckless or negligent damage may be required to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
Food, drinks, chewing gum and other items that may damage or contaminate the playing surface must not be taken onto the courts. Water and appropriate sports drinks in secure containers are permitted unless otherwise directed by Padel Logan.
Padel Logan is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all players, guests, spectators and staff.

Players must not participate in play where their ability to do so safely is materially impaired by alcohol, drugs or any other substance.
Padel Logan may refuse entry to or remove any person who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately or presents a safety risk to themselves or others.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the courts and in any other areas designated as non-smoking.
Alcohol may only be consumed in areas where consumption is permitted by Padel Logan and in accordance with applicable liquor licensing requirements.
Children and junior players must comply with any age restrictions and supervision requirements established by Padel Logan.
Parents, guardians and supervising adults are responsible for children under their supervision while at the facility.
Children must not be permitted to enter unused courts, interfere with other bookings or use Padel Logan facilities or equipment in an unsafe manner.
Padel is a physical sporting activity involving inherent risks, including the risk of falls, collisions, being struck by a ball or racquet and other physical injuries.
Players participate in padel and use Padel Logan's courts, equipment and facilities at their own risk and are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating safely.
Players must take reasonable care for their own health and safety and the health and safety of other persons at the facility.
Any hazard, damaged equipment, injury or safety concern should be reported to Padel Logan staff as soon as reasonably practicable.
Players must comply with all safety instructions, signage and reasonable directions provided by Padel Logan staff.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Any significant injury, accident, property damage or other incident occurring at Padel Logan should be reported to Padel Logan staff as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, an incident report may be completed.
In an emergency, players must follow the directions of Padel Logan staff and emergency services personnel.
Players and guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while at Padel Logan.
Padel Logan recommends that valuables are not left unattended and accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any property found at the facility may be retained as lost property for a reasonable period before being disposed of or donated.
As an outdoor sporting facility, court availability and playing conditions may be affected by rain, storms, lightning, excessive water on the courts or other adverse weather conditions.
Padel Logan reserves the right to suspend play, delay a booking or close a court where management considers the conditions unsafe or the court unsuitable for play.
Where Padel Logan cancels a court booking due to adverse weather or determines that the court is unplayable, the value of the affected booking will be provided to the Lead Booker as a credit through Padel Logan's approved booking system. The credit may be used towards a future court booking in accordance with any applicable credit conditions.
Weather-related cancellations made by Padel Logan will be provided as a booking credit rather than a cash refund, except where otherwise required by law.
Players must not assume that a booking has been cancelled because of rain, forecast weather or other adverse conditions. Unless Padel Logan has cancelled the booking or advised that the courts are unavailable, the booking remains active and the normal cancellation conditions apply.
If adverse weather develops during a booking and Padel Logan determines that play cannot safely continue, Padel Logan may provide an appropriate credit having regard to the unused portion of the booking.
Players must immediately cease play if instructed to do so by Padel Logan staff.
Padel Logan may establish and amend court hire fees, operating procedures, booking conditions, facility rules and hours of operation.
Padel Logan may adjust court availability, booking times or temporarily close some or all of the facility due to competitions, tournaments, functions, maintenance, weather conditions, safety concerns or other operational requirements.
Padel Logan may refuse entry, terminate a booking, require a person to leave the facility or restrict future bookings where a person breaches these Terms & Conditions, the Code of Conduct or facility rules, or where their conduct presents a safety risk or materially interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the facility by others.
A person who breaches these Terms & Conditions or the Code of Conduct may be:
The action taken will be determined by Padel Logan management having regard to the nature and seriousness of the conduct.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from the facility without a prior warning.
Players are responsible for ensuring that information provided through Padel Logan's approved booking system is accurate.
Padel Logan may use contact information provided in connection with a booking for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the booking, communicate changes or cancellations, manage facility operations and address safety or incident matters.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Padel Logan's Privacy Policy, available at padellogan.com.au/privacy.
Padel Logan may amend these Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, booking conditions and facility rules from time to time.
The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time a booking is made will apply to that booking unless a change is required for safety, legal or operational reasons.
By making a court booking through Padel Logan's approved booking system, the Lead Booker acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct.
The Lead Booker is responsible for making all players and guests included in their booking aware of these Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct.
By entering and using Padel Logan's courts and facilities, all players and guests agree to comply with the applicable facility rules and Code of Conduct.
